CES 2006 the bigest show of it’s kind in the world a consumer technology tradeshow and paradise for those of us who love the latest and greatest gadgets and thrive on being on the cutting edge of technology. And I am not there… My personal goal for 2006, to be at the CES 2007. A wish that I have now for about 10 years or so.

Many products have debuted at CES, including the VCR in 1970, the compact disc player in 1981, HDTV in 1998 and the Microsoft Xbox in 2001. What’s this year biggest news, and will stand out the rest of the year?

The attendance will probably hit 200,000 this year. At 1.6 million net square-feet of space and 2,500 exhibitors, according to the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA).
